The biological hazard symbol must be the most visually appealing warning symbol! I think this is a nice wallpaper...
I manually vectorized the symbol in Inkscape (alt-tabbing between the original and my copy, no overlaying, heheh),
opened the svg in Illustrator and then copied it into Photoshop (I dunno why photoshop can't read and write any vector file formats, when it can use vectors and copy and paste them between Illustrator) and added the Russian text and some "noise" and effects.
The Russian word is added mostly because I like the shape and style of the cyrillic letters (wich by the way isn't "Russian" any more than the Latin alphabet is "English"), but it should say VIRUS in russian (according to Russian Wikipedia).
I hate when people use some "foreign" letters just for style without thinking of what it says to those who can read it, like Faцx Cyяillic (wich look akward to Latin only users and looks even more disturbing to Cyrillic users who usually know latin too making "Faцx Cyяillic" come out like "Fa-ts-kh Suya-illi-s"???). Another annoying example is the so called "Röck Döts" (umlaut used without sense) wich to anyone who know german or scandinavian percieve as: "Ruck Dutts". Actually it sounds sillier than the English prnounciation of u cause we have so called rounded vowels which sound WEAKER than regular, wich is kind of ironic as the Metal or Rock bands use them cause they think it looks cool. They think they're called somethin hard like "Mötley crü" and end up sounding like a French champagne: "Mœtlie Crue" in Germany...
Nice idea. I'll be using this wallpaper for the next days You're right, it's really disturbing when someone misuses a foreign language just because it's cool.

Across the globe, 27 million men, women, and children live in some form of slavery. That is more people at this moment than in all the centuries of the Atlantic Slave Trade. Something must be done. This contest serves two purposes: Raising awareness about human trafficking and raising funds for the Not For Sale organization.
Open to all mediums. Deadline is March 10, 2010 @ 11:59pm PST.
